Sometimes my friends ask me science-related questions that I can’t be a know-it-all about but that I’m quite game to look up and synthesize the answers for their benefits. And I’m on a continual quest to grab a nibble at every restaurant in wonderful NYC. These topics might be weird together but I’m going to force them to work. Or else!
